Thailand’s été Dairy has launched its new Mochi Ice Cream Sundae in Thailand.
The new product has a soft, chewy texture which made it pleasant and enjoyable to be eaten while enjoying its rich contents. The product combines smooth vanilla ice cream encased in a layer of chocolate mochi with a sweet cherry filling, creating a balanced flavor profile.
This new product represents the company’s entry into the mochi-style frozen dessert format. This follows a broader trend in Thailand of reimagining traditional and international desserts, such as Nestlé Thailand’s previous pandan coconut mochi and various viral mochi cream cheese street foods.
été Dairy, under the Perfect Companion Group Co., Ltd is a halal-certified producer of ice cream in Thailand and has its headquarters in Samut Prakan. Perfect Companion Group meanwhile is also under the Charoen Pokphand (CP) Group, one of Thailand’s largest food conglomerate.
