Singapore-based Brik’t Pte Ltd has recently introduced its unique dehydrated fruit tea blocks in 4 major flavors to the local market. The variants include Jasmine Grapefruit, Strawberry Peach Oolong, Orange Pineapple and Coconut Mango.
They are now available in 15g plastic packaging and can be easily enjoyed as a natural beverage simply by adding the fruit tea block in a cup and add 300ml water with ice. Utilising the power of freeze-dried technology, the product is made from fresh fruit pieces with freshly-brewed fruit tea added which is then freeze-dried at – 30 degree celsius.
According to a company spokesperson, each product contains less than 61 calories and has no gluten and caffeine, with a zero calorie sweetener.
The product has a retail price of S$4 (US$3.12) per pack and a shelf life of 1 year, and can be dissolved instantly in both cold and hot water. It can be conveniently stored and prepared whenever needed by consumers. It is also available online at a bundle price package for 7 servings at only S$18.90 (US$14.75).
