Bakery specialist RT Pastry Holdings Bhd is seeking for IPO listing on the Ace Market to raise fund for the expansion of its retail network as well as for the upgrading and for the purchase of new equipments at its manufacturing facilities.
Some of the equipments to be purchased include a depositor, cake cutting machine and mould washing machine.
RT Pastry specialises in the manufacturing and retail of premium pastry and bakery products, operating over 17 outlets in the Klang Valley, Selangor.
The company manufactures pastries and other products, including mooncakes, at its main plant in Seri Kembangan while its 2nd plant in Shah Alam focuses on bread. It is also looking for a new site to expand its storage capacity and provide additional space for manufacturing and R&D efforts.
