Internationally, Osotspa has successfully managed its costs and expects to benefit further in the 2nd half of 2026 from improved route-to-market efficiencies, which will help reduce operating costs. Meanwhile, conditions in Myanmar are gradually improving, supported by the advanced infrastructure at the Thilawa Special Economic Zone, which allows for better management.
Osotspa is advancing with efficiency and innovation at the core of its business operations, leveraging automation and AI not only to reduce costs but to strengthen its global competitiveness. The company has fully automated production and warehousing processes, particularly at its Ayutthaya facility. The implementation of automated warehouses has reduced the workforce in those operations by 200-300 people from an initial 700.
Centralizing beverage production has improved operational efficiency by approximately 15% and reduced total costs by around Bt 300 million (US$9 million) over the past 3 years. Osotspa aims to continue annual single-digit reductions in production costs through ongoing situation analysis and adaptive measures.
