Masan Group is set to invest up to US$150 million on developing a food industry center in Chau Thanh District near the Mekong Delta province of Hau Giang.
Masan has received the investment approval for the project which will cover an area of some 46 hectares in Nam Song Hau Industrial Zone.
According to Masan, the center will comprise a 20.9-hectare food manufacturing facility; a beer production facility with an annual production capacity of 100 million litres; a cosmetic, soap, detergent production plant and a warehouse sprawling an area of 8.33 hectares.
