IMCD Group has earlier this year upgraded its food & nutrition laboratory in Jakarta, Indonesia, which will include an ultra-high temperature pilot laboratory (UHT Pilot Lab) for the development of innovative solutions in beverage, soup and sauces across Asia Pacific.
The facility caters to the bakery, beverage, savoury, dairy, and nutrition segments, offering innovative concepts and technical solutions to address evolving industry demands, supported by a comprehensive product portfolio. The laboratory aims to facilitate collaboration with customers in developing complex ingredient formulations and stay ahead of key market trends.
A key highlight of the facility is the UHT Pilot Lab, allowing customers to run trials and develop formulations at greater flexibility without interrupting their daily operations.
Jeremia Kevin, APAC Technical Manager for Food & Nutrition at IMCD said, “The upgraded facility demonstrates our commitment to continually enhance our offerings and drive innovation for our customers in Indonesia and Asia-Pacific.”
Laura Alibani, Regional Business Group Director, IMCD Food & Nutrition APAC added, “Amid growing demand for innovative and high-quality UHT products, our enhanced facilities reflect our commitment to staying ahead of market trends and empowering customers to seize new opportunities. With our enhanced laboratory and UHT Pilot Lab, customers now have unique support from our technical team to accelerate their innovative developments and shorten their route to market through a collaborative and agile approach.”
