Vinamilk, the country’s largest dairy producer, and the owner of Hi-Cafe outlet in HCMC now plans to expand this outlet into a full-fledged chain store.
According to insider information, the management is seeking shareholders’ approval to add more Hi-Cafe stores this year.
Hi-Cafe will compete against major domestic players like Highlands Coffee (336 outlets), The Coffee House (150 outlets), Trung Nguyen (77 Legend and 253 E-Coffee outlets) and foreign player, Starbucks (64 outlets).
