Puratos, global leader in Premium Baking Solutions, has recently announced strategic joint venture with Guelph Foods Ltd., an Egg Wash Alternative & premium quality Whipping Cream leader in China.
The partnership will further amplify Puratos presence in the fast-growing baking markets in China and Asia-Pacific region, while also helping to reshape the bakery industry landscape in the region with technology upgrades.
By integrating Puratos’ world-leading R&D capabilities and global market resources with Guelph Foods Ltd.’s exceptional UHT production technology and scaled capacity in China, the joint venture will further solidify Puratos’ leadership in plant-based egg wash alternative and Whipping Cream within the Asia Pacific region. It will also accelerate localization process of high-value-added baking and patisserie solutions.
The JV will provide customers in Asia Pacific, particularly in China with world-class quality products and more agile service.
