South Korean natural killer cell drug maker, NKMax Co. has recently disclosed that it has signed a supply contract with China’s Shoukang Group for its immune-boosting health/functional food ‘NK365’ worth Won 1.8 billion (US$1.4 million).
This agreement marks the first order since both companies entered into the NK365 supply contract on 4 July. NKMax Co had earlier signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Shoukang in March this year.
Shoukang Group is a mainland Chinese company with diverse business interests in the medical and health services sector in China. It has partnered with JD.com, China’s 2nd largest e-commerce company, to jointly sell health/ functional foods, cosmetics and other healthcare products.
