Nestle has recently launched low-temperature A2 β-casein fresh milk in China, bringing consumers there a new experience of high-quality rare fresh milk.
The new product is the result of Nestle responding to the needs of modern consumers seeking for health, nutrition, and delicious food while Nestle continuously improving product quality and R&D to create high-quality Nestle A2 β -Casein fresh milk.
The milk is sourced from carefully selected rare and purebred imported Australian Holstein A2 cows, with each bottle of fresh milk traceable to the source. In addition, the unique geographical location for dairy farming is near the golden milk source belt of 45° north latitude, which led to fertile black soil with rich nutrition, indirectly leading to a sweet milk taste. These cows are also placed in a ‘comfortable’ environment with music and heatstroke prevention to ensure they can produce the best milk.
Nestle in a statement said that A2 β-casein fresh milk is derived from a source which extracts nutrition and quickly lock in freshness. Every 100ml of the fresh milk ensures that the content of A2 β-casein is greater than or equal to 0.92g, which is rich in nutrients and easy to absorb. In addition, raw milk sampling on the pastures found that the microbial content of raw milk is 20 times higher than the EU standard, which is safe and reliable.
