Haixin Foods to acquire 61% stake in quick-frozen noodle firm

HaiXin Foods Co., Ltd., a supplier of quick-frozen food products, has announced plan to acquire 61% stake in Jiangsu Baiyao Fresh Food Co., Ltd. (Baiyao Xian), a quick-frozen noodle company.
As part of the transaction, HaiXin Foods will invest Rmb 18.3 million (US$2.56 million) to be transferred to the Sankun Business Partnership in the Zhongma Qinzhou Industrial Park in Qinzhou City.
