Japan-based Ebara Foods Industry has recently announced on 14 April that its Singaporean subsidiary Ebara Singapore, will establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Malaysia.
The new company name is Ebara Foods Malaysia which will have a setup capital of RM1.7 million (US$388,000).
It will be officially opened in May 2022 and will support Ebara Foods Industry expansion plan in ASEAN where growth is highly anticipated in the near future. The subsidiary will support the penetration of Ebara’s brand and its business expansion.
Ebara is a major producer and supplier of a wide range of condiments from meat to soup and vegetable seasonings used in many Asian cooking/dishes.
