Central Food Retail (CFR) is aiming to solidify its Tops supermarket leadership position in Thailand with the recent launch of ‘Tops CLUB’, a mega warehouse-style grocery concept which will operate under a membership model with more than 70% of its 3,500 items being imported products. It will launch its first store at Rama II in September 2022.
The company also reveals its 5-year expansion strategy at an investment of Bt 18 billion (US$481 million ) with 4 key focus areas, based on the CRC Retailligence strategy. CFR aims to have 1,700 stores and become the No.1 retailer in both Thailand and Vietnam.
