Carlsberg Hong Kong has plans to expand its portfolio into no and low alcohol range, following a recent deal with craft brewer, Young Master Brewery.
In September 2025, Carlsberg Hong Kong announced a new strategic partnership with craft brewer Young Master. Under the exclusive distributorship agreement, Carlsberg has overseen the distribution and sales of Young Master’s full portfolio of beers and RTD products in Hong Kong and Macau, with effect from 1 September 2025.
Nathaniel Moxom, Managing Director of Carlsberg Hong Kong and Taiwan said, “By utilising our extensive distribution network, we are bringing more choices to consumers and elevating the premium beer scene across the region.”
Now, Carlsberg is hoping to elevate its offering beyond the beer category. The new additions to Carlsberg’s expanded no and low portfolio available from January 2026 include Poretti Zero, Erdinger Alkoholfrei, Young Master Zero, Young Master Another One, Tetley’s Original Bitter, and the newly rebranded Jolly Shandy Lemon.
Carlsberg 0.0, the brewer’s flagship alcohol-free pour, will also be featured in its broader roll-out of no and low products.
Carlsberg Hong Kong also plans to introduce a new product category – beyond beer, including mixers and non-alcoholic beverages. Moxom added, “We are proud to lead the way in promoting mindful drinking and expanding the choices available to our consumers. Through our No & Low-Alcohol Range and Beyond Beer portfolio, we aim to make moderation both accessible and enjoyable, perfectly in tune with today’s evolving lifestyle habits.”
