A1 A.K Koh Group Bhd has been appointed by Uniraw Dairies & Food Sdn Bhd as the sole distributor for New Zealand Instant Full Cream Milk Powder in Peninsular Malaysia.
The group mentioned that the appointment expands its FMCG portfolio and strengthens its distribution presence in the processed food and beverage segment, including the HoReCa segment.
Milk powder offers longer shelf life and greater storage and transportation convenience compared with fresh milk, and is suitable for both household consumption and professional kitchen use.
The group said initial sales have been encouraging, supported by repeat purchases and stable supply, and the product is expected to contribute to its revenue in the coming quarters.
